About Northwest Insurance Group

Northwest Insurance Group

Northwest Insurance Group is a full service Independent Agency that has served the West Seattle Community and surrounding area since 1998.

We are a Seattle independent insurance agency

Northwest Insurance Group has the flexibility to tailor a custom business, home or auto insurance program because we represent many insurance companies; we don't take a 'one company fits all' approach because unique personal and business risk and insurance programs require choices between coverage options, discounts and services.

Our Team

Our people make us a success:

Technical knowledge and choices among top rated insurance companies is a great starting point but we wouldn't be where we are if we didn't have a terrific staff dedicated to our clients' success and well being.

We would like you to meet them.

Don't take our word for what we can do for you:

We think our clients say it best, they are the ones who have rated us 5 stars on Google and Yelp! Take a look!

Our Office

Our Building

Northwest Insurance Group is committed to community health and vitality

We support area charities and community initiatives whenever we can. Here are a few we would like to highlight:

2019 Toys for Tots Drive We want to thank all of you who dropped toys off at our office for making this drive a tremendous success!

Independence Guide Dogs They were invited to the annual home run derby hosted by Safeco in conjunction with the Everett Aquasox Organization as a part of their All-Star Game. Trae Santos of the Eugene Emeralds was the hitter for IGD but was not quite able to place in 1st, 2nd or 3rd Place. However, Northwest Insurance stepped up and made a $500 donation to this wonderful organization.

IGD provides fully trained Guide Dogs free of charge to qualified visually-impaired. They use only German Shepherd Dogs because they believe them to be smarter, more loyal and have a stronger work ethic than any other breed suitable for guide work.. There are almost 2 million blind and visually-impaired individuals in America and only an estimated 8500 working Guide Dog teams. It costs $25,000 to breed, train and place a Guide Dog with a blind person. IGD provides this service free-of-charge and depends on donations. Please check them out at http://igdogs.org

West Seattle Food Bank Throughout the year, as we receive valuable referrals from our clients and friends, we will match the $10 referral reward gift towards a contribution to a local charity. This year, the lucky gift of $1,000.00 goes to our own West Seattle Food Bank! A huge thank you again to all of you for referrals throughout the year. They not only make a difference to our business in this community, but you are also helping this community serve over 3,400 children! To see what you can do, please visit their website at: www.westseattlefoodbank.org

We also sponsor local schools: Lafayette Elementary, Seattle Lutheran High School and Chief Sealth International High School.

Desmond Hansesn

Take a minute and watch local artist Desmond Hansen as he makes our office an even better place to work. It took Desmond a lot longer than a minute but we sped things up a little in the video.
